HealTech Speedohealer Speedometer Calibrator
On most modern motorcycles, with factory speedometer error being up to 10% on the high side, even a modest sprocket gearing change can have the speedometer reading off by 15%. The sprocket change may also cause a higher odometer reading [dependent on gearing change and/or motorcycle model], creating a negative resale factor for no valid reason and making YOU pay for services before you need them. Of course it would also be great to look at your speedo and see an accurate speed reading!

Note that whilst you can install a speedometer calibrator such as Speedohealer to the Multistrada 1200, these work by modifying the signal to the speedo display, so while you can adjust the speedo for example 8% down to read a speed in agreement with a GPS this will make the odometer and tripmeters read low by the same percentage as they are accurate from the factory.
